My churchmates and I thought of doing a weekend bazzaar to fund our project for an outreach to a far-flung area. We gave up some of our belongings and asked from friends and families to participate.
The once that were sold the most were Bohemian inspired clothes, next were shoes, and compact discs.I gave my favorite life-sized, yellow teddy bear for a cheap price. I also handed some books that I already read for a couple of times. I am just saddened that I was not able to copy the names of my favorite essay writers
from those books. The bazaar also offered cooked healthy means for some passerby. We had carbonara and chicken caserole. We also offered clubhouse sandwich and steamed dumplings. For drinks, we had fresh orange juice, prepared right before the customer's eyes.
We generated double our expected return so, instead of just one outreach, we will hold two before Valentine's day. I have prepared several games for the program after the outreach. I was told I will also be presenting awards to participants, just for reinforcement. I am so challenged.
We were thinking of doing bazaar on different places twice a month. Everyone seems excited. In fact, those who hold full-time works are considering leaving their jobs so they could fully commit in pur group's advocacies.
